Sponsored by the Belle Glade Rotary Club, this free event is open to all children to age 15.

What to Expect:

• Free Lunch: Kids enjoy a complimentary meal.
• Fishing Fun: Bring your own fishing pole, and we'll provide the bait.
• Exciting Divisions:
  • Toddler (Up to 5 years old)
  • Division I (6-8 years old)
  • Division II (9-12 years old)
  • Division III (13-15 years old)
• Trophy Awards: Winners in each division will receive trophies for:
  • Biggest Fish
  • Most Weight
  • Smallest Fish

Important Details:

• Registration: Open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
• Fishing Starts: Promptly at 9:00 AM.
• Weigh-in Times:
  • Toddlers: 10:00 AM
  • Division I: 10:30 AM
  • Division II: 11:00 AM
  • Division III: 11:30 AM
• Parental Assistance: Parents may assist their child, but the child must bring the fish to shore (except for Toddlers).

I reviewed and agreed to follow the “Rules and Regulations” as provided by The Black Gold Jubilee. In consideration of my acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intend to be legally bound, for myself, my teammates, heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims against the Black Gold Jubilee, H E Hill Foundation, Inc., City of Belle Glade, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, Belle Glade Rotary, as well as their volunteers, officers, directors, attorneys and affiliated entities, as a result of any damages or injuries arising out of my participation in this event. 

Photography Release Waiver: By way of entering the Black Gold Jubilee participants acknowledge and authorize Black Gold Jubilee, Sponsors and affiliated professionals to edit, change, copy, and make any use of all photographs of me to be used for promotional materials. It is acknowledged that participants will not be entitled to payment or any sort of charge for such action. Participation authorizes the use of my photograph for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

Participants release all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands, and/or any causes of action by participants or their representatives, heirs or anyone else.  Furthermore, participants right to any royalty or any other compensation with regard to the usage of the photos referred to in this form. 

LIABILITY WAIVER: The undersigned for themselves, heirs, executors, and administrator release the Black Gold Jubilee, its members, H E Hill Foundation Inc., City of Belle Glade, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, Belle Glade Rotary, volunteers, and representative and all parties involved from ANY AND ALL liability and damages that may occur as a result of participation in the Black Gold Jubilee Children's Fishing Tournament.

Designation of responsibility: As a lessee and a participant in the Black Gold Jubilee Children's Fishing Tournament, I understand I am responsible for obtaining all proper licenses and certificates, collecting, and paying all applicable taxes and adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the State of Florida.

I also acknowledge that I must check-in at the registration desk beginning at 7:00 AM, April 5, 2025, and will attend the tournament briefing at 9:00 AM.I give my child/dependent permission to participate and understand he or she must be supervised by a responsible adult.

I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE BLACK GOLD JUBILEE.
