Thank you for your interest in participating in the Black Gold Jubilee Cornhole Tournament! We’re excited to have you join us for a fun and competitive event bringing players together for a great day of competition, sportsmanship, and community spirit.
By completing this registration, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to follow the Black Gold Jubilee Cornhole Tournament Rules and Regulations. I understand that the Tournament Director reserves the right to reject an entry or disqualify a participant or team for failure to comply with tournament rules or event requirements.
Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of my participation in the Black Gold Jubilee Cornhole Tournament, I acknowledge that participation in this event may involve risks of injury.
I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release and hold harmless the Black Gold Jubilee, Black Gold Committee of Belle Glade, Inc., City of Belle Glade, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, and affiliated entities from claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in the tournament.
This release is intended to bind me and, where applicable, my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.
Photography & Media Release
By participating in the Black Gold Jubilee Cornhole Tournament, I authorize the Black Gold Jubilee and its authorized representatives to photograph, record, and/or videotape me during the event.
I grant permission for these photographs, video recordings, and other images of me to be edited, reproduced, published, displayed, or otherwise used for lawful promotional, advertising, publicity, archival, and informational purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, publications, advertisements, and future Black Gold Jubilee promotions.
I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for the use of these images or recordings.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
I understand that entry fees are non-refundable if the Black Gold Jubilee or Cornhole Tournament is cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Black Gold Jubilee.
Participant Acknowledgment
By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above terms, agree to abide by the Black Gold Jubilee Cornhole Tournament Rules and Regulations, voluntarily agree to the Participant Waiver & Release of Liability and Photography & Media Release, and accept the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Prizes: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals and cash prizes
