Registration to the event is free and open to the public.
Please RSVP using the Registration Form below. You can also order shirts and schedule your colonoscopy there.
T-shirt orders are currently closed. Shirts will be sold at the event for $20, but sizes will be limited.
Deadline to order a shirt after Blue Ribbon Bash: This order form will close Monday, April 1 at 8:00 a.m.
Proceeds for this event benefit the WMMC Foundation's Cancer Care Fund.
Now through the end of March, all patients who schedule their colonoscopy will be entered to win a $500 or $250 cash-prize drawing!
Must be completed within 90 days of the event.
