Frogfoot Farm - Neighbors feeding Neighbors:
A farm-to-food relief partnership to grow, farm, and rescue food for neighbors in need across Southeastern, MA
Thanks to a new partnership with A.D. Makepeace Company (ADM), the Marion Institute will plan, develop, and manage a Farm to Food Relief Program on ADM property located at the Wareham/Plymouth line. The shared purpose of Frogfoot Farm is to increase the availability of nutritious, local food for area food relief programs by growing food at Frogfoot and gleaning fresh produce from farms across our region. The Marion Institute cannot do this important work alone. We invite you to partner with us and make Frogfoot Farm your community farm too.
A.D. Makepeace Company has committed the land, soil improvements, and irrigation to support this work. The Marion Institute is actively fundraising to support all other costs with launching and operating the farm. We appreciate your financial contribution to support our neighbors in need.
