Create the Concert of Your Dreams at St. Croix Valley Opera’s “By Special Request 2024” Fundraising Event!
Stillwater, MN – Experience a night of musical magic like no other at St. Croix Valley Opera’s 4th Annual “By Special Request 2024” fundraising concert! On Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., Trinity Lutheran Church will transform into a stage for your song requests, performed live by SCVO’s stellar artists.
Imagine a concert where you choose the music! This one-of-a-kind fundraising event allows you to curate the program. During the month of October, you can submit song requests from the pre-approved list below for a donation of $100 or more. Whether it’s a beloved aria or a favorite show tune, our talented performers, including SCVO co-founders Megan Wagner and Obed Floan, will bring your selection to life. But act quickly—only 16-17 songs will make the final cut with a deadline of October 25th! If there are more requests than that, the more you add to your minimum $100 song request donation when making your initial request by entering an extra amount in the "Add an Optional Gift" field at registration, the higher the chance it will make the final program list.

Directions for making your donation and submitting your song request(s):
This is your chance to create our concert! By donating $100 or more in October, Obed, Megan, and friends will take your song choices from the pre-approved list below of artist-offered repertoire and perform them at the By Special Request 2024 Fundraising Concert on November 16, 2024. As outlined above, requests will be filled as they are received for up to 17 pieces. The final deadline to submit requests is Friday, October 25, 2024.
Donations for song requests start at $100, however, feel free to make a tax-deductible donation even if you are not requesting a song. If your song request makes the cut for the program on November 16th, you will automatically receive admission to the fundraising concert.
