About This Event

The Harvest Farm Dinner Celebration is almost here, and we cannot wait to welcome you to Bella Bollettino Organic Farms on Thursday, October 1!

Here are a few important reminders before we gather:

Tickets and Check-In
Your printable tickets are included in the original email you received when you registered. You are welcome to bring them printed or show them on your phone, but we will also have every guest’s name at check-in—so no worries if you do not have your ticket with you.

Guest Information and Food Allergies
If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy or dietary restriction, please open your original registration email and select Manage Ticket Details to update that information as soon as possible. Receiving these details in advance gives our culinary team the best opportunity to accommodate your needs.

Parking and Carpooling
Parking at the farm is limited, so please carpool whenever possible. Bella Bollettino staff will direct parking and shuttle guests from the parking area to the dinner setting.

Location
Bella Bollettino Organic Farms
3857 N. River Road
Palisade, CO 81526

Event Schedule
5:00 p.m. — Cocktail and appetizer hour hosted by Melrose Spirits Co., with an opportunity to tour the farm
6:00 p.m. — Dinner service begins

Attire: Colorado Casual
Feel free to dress up while keeping it comfortable and relaxed—think polished, Western Slope style! The evening will take place outdoors on the farm, so we recommend comfortable shoes and bringing a jacket or layers as temperatures may cool after sunset.

The Silent Auction Is Officially Open!

As part of this year’s celebration, we are excited to host an online silent auction—and bidding is now open!

How Does the Auction Work?

Our auction works much like a traditional silent auction, except you can participate directly from your phone or computer.

Browse the available items, view the current bids and enter the amount you would like to bid. The highest bidder when the auction closes at 8:00 p.m. on October 1 wins the item.

Ready to Bid? Here’s How to Register

Step 1: Visit the Auction

Register for the Harvest Dinner Auction

Step 2: Create Your Bidding Account

Since you already purchased Harvest Dinner tickets, please register using the same email address you used to purchase your event tickets. Select the FREE auction registration ticket and follow the instructions to create your online bidding account.

You will also be asked to enter your payment information during registration. Auction registration is completely free, and you will not be charged when you register or place a bid.

Step 3: Start Bidding

Once registered, browse the auction items and place your bids! If you are the highest bidder when bidding closes at 8:00 p.m. on October 1, you win.

Payment and Item Pickup

Winning bidders may pay online through the auction website or the Givi app. You may also bring cash or a check to the 7th St Community Cafe between October 5–9.

Winning items and vouchers can be picked up at the cafe during that same week. Payment must be received by the end of October 9. If payment has not been received by the deadline, the item will be offered to the next-highest bidder.

Want to Use Your Phone?

You can also participate through the Givi app:

  1. Download the Givi app.
