Proceeds from this tournament will directly support Arize Together’s mission to protect and empower survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. These women face ongoing threats — emotional, financial, legal, and relational. They need a community of protection and strength, just like a shield wall.
We are calling our community to join us in building an impenetrable shield for the women of Arize Together. A shield wall is an ancient military formation in which warriors stood side by side, interlocking their shields to form a solid, protective barrier. It was used to protect the vulnerable, hold the line, and push back against advancing threats. Success depended on unity, strength, and each person doing their part.
Last year’s tournament proceeds supported 10 women moving into safer housing opportunities, helped 34 reach their savings goals, and launched a therapy subsidy for the children of the women we serve.
