LEAD Youth Worker Conference

The ECY Department invites all CCCU pastors, youth workers and their ministry teams to attend the LEAD Conference. In addition to receiving practical tools and strategies for effective ministry to teens and children, you should leave with a renewed energy and passion to confront the challenges facing our youth. 

From the Lead pastor to the children's workers, there is something for everyone in this conference. One of areas that Dr. Kipp will emphasize is how, as a whole church, do we look beyond the normal youth ministry template to develop a whole-church system that youth want to be part of well into adulthood.
