2026 Common Threads - Central Valley

The California Agricultural Leadership Foundation, Fresno State’s Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, and the Ag One Foundation proudly honor outstanding women in agriculture for their visible and lasting contributions to the agricultural industry and their communities. Each year, honorees are selected from submitted nominations and recognized for their impact through careers of excellence, service, and generosity of time, talent, and treasure. Recipients represent Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, and Tulare counties.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of this special celebration.
