Thank you for your interest in our Clinical Certificate in Sex Therapy. Here is all the information
about the application process.
For the application to be completed, please provide the following:
● A personal statement (500-1,000 words, single spaced); Tell us about you and your clinical
journey. Why are you interested in our program? What sparked your interest in sex therapy?
Tell us about your goals in the sex therapy field.
● Answers to the questionnaire on the second page of this application.
● Two letters of recommendation (these can be submitted separately to the application)
● A current resume or CV
There is an $85 application fee
