Current Résumé outlining your educational and professional history (please have this ready when you begin the application)
Personal Statement (to be completed within the online application on ICP’s website)
Two Letters of Recommendation
Letters of Recommendation Guidelines:
Letters must be submitted directly by your recommenders to trauma@icpnyc.org.
Letters forwarded by applicants will not be accepted.
To avoid timing issues, we strongly encourage you to communicate with your recommenders in advance and ask them to submit their letters around the same time you submit your application.
We want to make this process as smooth as possible for you! Because our application portal doesn’t allow you to pause and return later, we recommend taking a quick moment to gather all your documents now.
