This event is more than a fundraiser — it’s a celebration of our Capaces' 15 year journey and nuestro movimiento, a space where we uplift the voices and stories of our comunidad. Come and celebrate with comunidad and support Capaces’ mission to strengthen the wellness, capacity, and political consciousness of leaders, organizations, networks, and communities to eliminate social disparities.
Last year, we witnessed the power of coming together. At our SOLD-OUT event, community members from around Oregon came together to share stories, eat great food, and enjoy live music. Together we raised $50,000! As we heard from powerful leaders, we were reminded of the ‘resiliencia’ that fuels our work, and we wanted to celebrate our 15 year anniversary by honoring our roots — and we’d love to have you join us!
Our goal this year is to raise over $50,000 to continue building power and opportunity in our communities. We’ll get there together through sponsorships, community donations, raffles, and an art auction — each contribution is a step toward strengthening the youth, families, and leaders that transform our communities.
We’d be honored for you to stand, build, and celebrate with us on September 19th at the Chemeketa Eola Event Center to Honor Our Roots and Celebrate Capaces' 15!
