At Care Resource Community Health Centers, we are dedicated to ensuring that every individual in South Florida has access to quality healthcare, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Through strategic expansions, we have consistently seen improvements in health outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Over the past four years, our Capital Fund has supported transformative projects such as:

• Renovating our Ft. Lauderdale Health Center and adding a new Behavioral Health Annex
• Expanding our Midtown Miami Health Center to double our patient outreach include a Pediatrics Unit and Food Pantry
• Relocating our Little Havana Health Center to a larger facility, doubling patient outreach and adding a Food Pantry

Bridging funding gaps and serving more under-served populations in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
