CAPS at DAC: Global Arts Series

About This Event

Join us for the CAPS @ DAC Global Arts Series, a vibrant and curated lineup of interactive, culturally rich performances created especially for families and youth audiences. This dynamic series invites audiences to experience the world through the arts, highlighting diverse cultural traditions, storytelling, music, and movement in an engaging and accessible way. Each program is designed with participation at its core, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connection while upholding a high standard of artistic excellence.

Rooted in DAC's Creative Arts in Public and Private School's (CAPS)  mission to connect professional artists with community and student audiences, the Global Arts Series offers a unique opportunity for young people and families to engage directly with accomplished teaching artists from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Each event includes a live performance followed immediately by a hands-on workshop, giving attendees the chance to explore the art form more deeply, learn new skills, and interact with the artists in an intimate and supportive setting. It is an experience designed to inspire, educate, and spark creativity long after the curtain falls.
