About This Event
Women’s Retreat
Centuries before Christ’s Passion, Isaiah spoke of the Suffering Servant who would bear our sins and bring us healing: “By his wounds we were healed” (Is 53:5). In Jesus, this prophecy is fulfilled. Through His suffering, death, and Resurrection, we receive forgiveness and the gift of God’s mercy.
Led by the Women of the Waters, this retreat invites women to contemplate Christ’s sacrifice and consider our response to the mercy we have received. Through Scripture, prayer, guided reflection, fellowship, Sacraments and Mass, participants will explore the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy—practical ways to carry Christ’s compassion into our families, parishes, workplaces, and communities.
Come encounter the mercy of Christ and be renewed in the call to extend that mercy to others.
