The Care-gifter Program fills the gap. 

When you become a Care-gifter, you're giving animals everything they need on their jouney home - and you're giving us the flexibility to do what's best for them. For some animals, that means extra time, extra medical support, or even waiving their adoption fee to help them find their home faster.
