Care for Family Caregivers
A Kaleidoscope of Wellness, Support and Self-Care

Wednesday, March 20, 2024
9:00am - 3:00pm
Vincentian Learning and Engagement Institute

Family Caregivers are invited to learn about resources, self-care practices, and join a community of support that acknowledges the challenges of caring for others while not losing focus of your own wellness. Vincentian welcomes you to a day designed to address the kaleidoscope of caregiver needs viewed through a whole-person wellness lens.

When caring for a spouse, older family member, friend, child, or all of the above, self-care can easily become the last priority. Engage with area experts from a variety of backgrounds who are eager to share knowledge and meet you wherever you are in your caregiving journey.

Keynote speaker Jennifer Antkowiak will present Take Care Tips: Self-Care Strategies to Help You Take Care of Yourself While Taking Care of Others.

A delicious, wellness-inspired lunch will be provided by the Unconventional Kitchen.
