Superhero 5K Run/Walk

The South Oldham Rotary Club is hosting a Superhero 5K Run/Walk to benefit CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of the River Region in Pewee Valley. The event will take place on October 28^th at 10 am at the Pewee Valley City Hall located at 312 Mt Mercy Drive, Pewee Valley, 40056. Registration will open on site at 9:30 am.

Participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite superhero and be a real hero by participating in this event, which will benefit CASA’s efforts to provide advocacy and support for children who have experienced abuse and neglect.

The event is open to all ages. Get a team together—or better yet, get a few teams together for a competition!  Prizes will be awarded for the largest team and the best costume.

Register online in advance at casarr.org/superhero or find the link at southoldhamrotary.org.  The cost to participate is $25 for adults, $10 youths 12-17, younger than 12 are free.

All proceeds will provide advocacy and support for children who have faced abuse and neglect.
