Welcome to the 2026 WIMNA Case Competition, Presented by Carlyle!
Registration opens: August 24, 2026 at 12:01 am eastern.
Registration closes: October 4, 2026 at 11:59 pm eastern.
Schools may enter as many teams as they would like, with a maximum of 4 students per team. The cost per team entry is $100 USD, with each registered student receiving a one-year WIMNA Nation membership.

Each team must have:
- A team name
- Three or four students from the same educational institution
- One faculty or academic advisor
Diversity of backgrounds, experiences, academic disciplines, and perspectives is encouraged but not required. All eligible students are welcome to participate.
• Registered teams will receive the Lap 1 case prompt on October 12, 2026
• Each team will have 11 days to research the case, develop its recommendations, and prepare a recorded presentation of no more than 10 minutes.
• Recorded presentations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 23, 2026. A link will be sent to you with the Case Prompt.
• An executive review panel will evaluate all eligible submissions.
What is the Final Lap?
The Final Lap is the in-person championship round of the WIMNA Case Competition.
• October 30, 2026: The six highest-scoring teams will be notified that they have advanced to the Final Lap, held in conjunction with the Women With Drive VI - Driven by Mobil 1 Summit.
• November 9, 2026: The Final Lap case will be released to the six finalists teams.
• December 7, 2026: Finalists will present their solutions at Dallara Headquarters.
• December 8, 2026: The winning team will present its solution on the Women with Drive VI main stage, followed by an awards ceremony recognizing the top three teams.
