2026 Cashiers Designer Showhouse Tickets

Join us at the 29th annual Cashiers Designer Showhouse!

Proceeds benefit the Cashiers Historical Society. 

The Cashiers Designer Showhouse is the signature fundraiser of the Cashiers Historical Society. The 2026 Cashiers Designer Showhouse is set within Cashiers Lake, a private residential community anchored by its newly restored namesake. Located in the heart of town, the Showhouse draws from the heritage of Appalachian homesteads—simple, enduring forms shaped with intention and crafted from local materials that age gracefully with the seasons.

In addition to the Showhouse, plan to visit the Events Barn, also located in Cashiers Lake. Decorated by The Summer House by Reeves, the space will host talks each day on a variety of topics related to the latest trends in home, garden, and lifestyle.

Patrons will be able to walk to the Showhouse and Events Barn. For those planning to walk, please wear comfortable walking shoes. The Showhouse is approximately a mile walk from the ticket check-in at The Village Green. Shuttle service is also available.

Please note: since it is a private home, the 2026 Showhouse does not meet ADA accessibility standards.

Showhouse tickets are day-specific, not time-specific. You can tour the Showhouse anytime on the day of your ticket. 

Tickets to the Cashiers Designer Showhouse and CDS Special Events are non-refundable, and all ticket sales are final. Tickets must be used on the day for which they were purchased and may not be transferred to a different day. If you are unable to attend on your confirmed ticketed day, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.
