About this Event
On May 17, 2024, we will once again host our signature event, Espiritu. This year's theme is A Season of Growth. Each year, this special event highlights one of our programs that establish a foundation for rising out of poverty. This year we celebrate HIPPY - Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters.
This program prepares children ages 3-5 and their families for a successful start at school with weekly activities that help parents teach their kids in fun and positive ways. Monthly parent group meetings support and encourage community connections and a new book provided at no cost to the family fosters a love of reading and strong parent-child bonds.
Join us in honoring the growth and development of our community’s rising stars with a fundraising breakfast and graduation ceremony for 40 children from our HIPPY Program.
Doors will open at 8:00am. Festivities will kick off with a free breakfast at 8:30am, then program and graduation ceremony to follow. Attire is business casual.
