Rekindle Camp Ehawee's Alumni Weekend

About This Event

Join us as we celebrate 75 years of Camp Ehawee with a special anniversary Alumni Weekend. This family-friendly event welcomes Girl Scout alum and their friends and family to experience the magic of camp, whether for the day or an optional overnight stay. This event has been planned by a 75th Anniversary Alumni Committee. 

Event Format

Day Experience (October 10)
Enjoy a “day at camp” with rotating activity stations and open exploration from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Optional Overnight (October 10–11)
Extend your experience with an overnight adventure, including evening camp traditions and breakfast the next morning.

Event Schedule

9:30–9:50 a.m. — Arrival and check-in
10:00 a.m. — Opening flag ceremony
10:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. — Activities and open camp
~4:30 p.m. — Closing flag ceremony
Evening — Dinner, campfire, songs, and overnight activities

Camp Activities

High and low ropes course
Zipline and climbing wall
Archery, axe throwing, and slingshots
Canoeing 
Hiking and creek hopping (weather dependent)
Art station
Me Time
Campfire and s’mores
Skits and songs

Meals

Day Pass: Lunch included
Overnight Pass: Dinner, breakfast, s’mores, and non-alcoholic beverages included

Staffing and Support

Council staff will support certified activities (aerial sports, canoeing, and target sports) from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. on October 10.
The remainder of the event, including the overnight, will be alumni- and volunteer-led.
