Discover the sweet, bright world of citrus preserves in this winter workshop! Award-winning cookbook author Sarah Owens will guide you through the art of transforming winter’s abundant citrus into beautiful, flavorful marmalade. You’ll learn every step of the marmalade-making process, from preparing fruit to safely canning your own jar. Known for her approachable recipes, Sarah brings her expertise and passion for preservation to this class for both beginners and seasoned home cooks. 

What You’ll Make & Take Home:

  • 1 jar of your class-made marmalade 
  • A mini-kit to recreate the process at home

About the instructor: Sarah Owens is the author of "Sourdough," winner of a James Beard Foundation award, and other craft-driven cookbooks. She heads Ritual Fine Foods, a small company that crafts artisan baked goods and preserves.
