About This Event

This class will focus on a variety of techniques and flavors to create a delicious and decorative assortment of holiday cookies. We will cover make-ahead strategies, decorating and packing tips for 4-5 recipes including roll-and-cut decorated sugar cookies, bars and rugelach.

What You Take: Recipes and a Sampler of Baked Goodies

About the Instuctor: Chef Marco Soto is a Wine Country native with experience in fine dining, family restaurants and corporate catering. As an instructor for Sur La Table, he shared his passion for seeing people  gain culinary confidence.
