Chef Rogelio Garcia Presents Modern Mexican Cuisine

Chef Rogelio Garcia shares a menu designed with a personal style he calls "classic French with global influences and a slight Mexican accent.” Join us for a memorable evening with the talented chef who earned a Michelin star at  Napa Valley's Auro!  

Since entering the restaurant world as a teenage dishwasher, Chef Rogelio has built his career with techniques honed in headline restaurants like The French Laundry. He won was a 2024 James Beard Foundation finalist for Best Chef: California, and earned a Michelin star at Napa Valley's Auro.

His debut cookbook, "Convivir: Modern Mexican Cuisine in California’s Wine Country," also was honored by the James Beard Awards.
