Chef Joanne Weir, host of “Plates & Places” on PBS-TV, offers a festive evening to greet the holidays with a menu from her travels as a guide for global culinary inspiration.

An award-winning author of 20 cookbooks, Chef Joanne also is co-founder of Copita restaurants. Pick up one of her cookbooks with a personal autograph for holiday giving!
