About This Event
Learn about the adventure of growing and cooking with oysters from the team at Hog Island Oyster Co., which started more than 40 years ago in Tomales Bay. Now known as one of the nation's finest growers, Hog Island operates five restaurants that showcase their tasty products.
The evening will feature recipes from "The Hog Island Book of Fish & Seafood," written with Chef John Ash, which was released in 2023. Menu details coming soon!
We'll have books available for purchase at the event. Guests will enjoy recipe demonstrations and a delicious meal prepared from the chef's recipes. Reservations include two glasses of wine.
All proceeds support training, shelter and housing programs at Homeward Bound of Marin.
