What: CenterFest, NC’s longest-running arts festival, celebrated its 49th year with record-breaking success, drawing 40,801 attendees to downtown Durham. Ranked the state’s top fine art and craft festival and #22 nationally by Sunshine Artist, CenterFest offers an unparalleled platform for sponsors to connect with an engaged, diverse audience. As a free event with a $5 suggested donation, CenterFest creates a high-traffic, high-visibility opportunity for brand activation. The festival showcased 102 juried artists across multiple disciplines, providing meaningful engagement between attendees and the arts community. Additionally, with 330 performers on four stages, spanning genres from jazz and hip hop to circus acts, CenterFest delivers dynamic entertainment that keeps audiences engaged throughout the weekend. Our beloved sponsors benefit from on-site branding, digital promotions, and direct consumer engagement, reaching families, art lovers, and cultural enthusiasts.
When: Saturday, September 20 10:00am– 6:00pm and Sunday, September 21 11:00 am – 5:00pm
Where: City Center - Downtown Durham, On Main St, Chapel Hill St, Morris St, Parrish St. and CCB Plaza
Admission: Free, with a suggested donation of $5.00 at the gate. Proceeds support production of the festival and the DAC Annual Arts Fund, which supports arts programs, artists, and arts organizations in the community.
