Dinner on the Farm

About This Event

Join us for a summer evening beneath the grand oak tree at The Maples Farm.

Guests will enjoy a three-course family-style dinner prepared by local chef Juan Barajas of Savory Cafe. A longtime advocate for local food systems and an active leader in the Slow Food movement, Juan will create a seasonal menu featuring ingredients harvested from our working farm in Woodland and sourced from local producers throughout the region.

The evening includes a welcome cocktail, local wine and beer, and a thoughtfully prepared meal that celebrates the connection between food, farming, and community.

The Maples Farm is proud to be one of only six Slow Food Farms in the United States. As the home of the Center for Land-Based Learning, the farm serves as a living classroom where future farmers, agricultural leaders, and natural resource stewards gain hands-on experience and inspiration.
