At Friends University, the Center for Mission-focused Teaching and Learning (CMFTL) equips faculty to inspire, mentor, and shape students through mission-focused teaching and learning. What does the CMFTL do? We empower faculty through workshops and mentoring. We support undergraduate research and scholarship through symposia and collaborative projects. We shape curriculum with mission-focused High Impact Practices (HIPs). We build capacity through grants and development initiatives.
