About This Event
Clays for Kids is a charity clay shoot fundraiser benefiting Camp Fire Sunshine and the local youth and families we serve. Proceeds help support programs including STEAM afterschool programming, summer camps, Ignite, Teens in Service, and financial assistance that helps make these experiences accessible to more families.
This year, Clays for Kids is taking on a whole new look with our first-ever Night Shoot! After sunset, shooters will take to the course under blacklights using glow-in-the-dark clays for a one-of-a-kind evening of fun, friendly competition, and giving back.
Support the event by registering a team or becoming a sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities include recognition throughout the event, online, and across Camp Fire Sunshine communications. Every team, sponsor, and supporter helps us continue creating safe, meaningful, and enriching opportunities for local youth.
Clay Shoot Fundraiser – Event Details 🏆🎯
Date: Friday, December 11, 2026
What Shooters Need:
- 2 boxes of ammo per shooter
- Eye protection
- Ear protection
- Because this is a night shoot, sunglasses will not be suitable eye protection
Night Shoot Experience:
- Shooting takes place after sundown
- Blacklights will illuminate the course
- Glow-in-the-dark clays will be used throughout the shoot
- Teams consist of 4 shooters
Schedule:
- 5:00–6:15 PM: Dinner
- 6:30 PM: Mandatory Safety Meeting
- 6:45 PM: Shoot Begins
Please make sure all shooters are present in time for the mandatory 6:30 PM safety meeting.
