Lompoc Chalks Vendor Registration

Lompoc Chalks is proud to support local artists and artisans by welcoming them to participate in the Craft and Vendor Fair during Lompoc Chalks weekend. Vendors may provide handmade or curated goods, and will be required to return a signed consent form before booth space can be finalized. 

Once you submit your booth reservation here, you will receive an emailed copy of the consent form that can be filled out and returned by email, or delivered by hand to Lompoc Theatre. Please contact lompocchalks@gmail.com if you have any questions prior to submitting your booth reservation!

A completed Vendor Consent & Release Form is required to finalize your registration. You may download it below in advance, and will also receive a link to download the form with your event registration confirmation email. Please fill out and return the form to lompocchalks@gmail.com, or contact us to deliver a printed version to Lompoc Theatre.

Vendors must provide all their own supplies including tables and canopies, and are agreeing to our posted canopy safety guidelines by completing this online registration form. The safety guidelines can be reviewed below.
