La Primavera: An Italian Springtime Cooking Experience

Please join us for "La Primavera," an immersive cooking and cultural event at The Recipe Cooking & Company Thursday, April 10 from 6-8pm. This event is open to Chicchi Club members and thier guests. 

Experience the flavors of springtime in Italy as you participate in a hands-on cooking class, learning to prepare a delightful menu of traditional dishes.

• Antipasti:

  • Torta Pasqualina (Easter Pie)

  • Artichoke and Goat Cheese Bruschetta with Speck

• Primi:

  • Wild Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil

  • Lasagna with Basil Pesto, Ricotta, and Pine Nuts

• Secondi:

  • Roasted Leg of Lamb with Rosemary Potatoes

• Dolci:

  • Torta Della Nonna
