2026 La Primavera: Spring in Tuscany Cooking Experience

Please join us once again for "La Primavera," an immersive cooking and cultural event at The Recipe Cooking & Company Monday, April 13 from 6-8pm. This event is open to Chicchi Club members and their guests. 

Experience the flavors of springtime in Italy as you participate in a hands-on cooking class, learning to prepare a delightful menu of traditional dishes.

Menu: Spring in Tuscany

• Antipasto: Sun-dried Tomato and Chicken Crostini with Fresh Basil

• Primo: Tuscan Spring Salad with Radicchio, Arugula, Cucumbers, Roasted Red Peppers and Lemon Caper Vinaigrette

• Secondo: Chicken Cacciatore

• Cotorno: Italian Style Green Beans, Tuscan Potatoes

• Dolce: Bomboloni filled with Nutella

Water and soft drinks at no additional cost. Wine and beer are available for purchase. 

Free parking is available—in the back of building, on-street, and in the parking lot just north of The Recipe.
