Northern Colorado Health Network (NCHN) supports those living with HIV or at risk of acquiring HIV in the Northeast eight counties of Colorado. NCHN delivers holistic support services, including medical and oral health care, case management, behavioral health services, housing assistance, nutrition services, and emergency financial assistance to those living with HIV. Additionally, NCHN works to prevent the spread of HIV through testing, providing Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), education and outreach, and distributing harm reduction supplies and overdose prevention materials.
