We’re so excited to celebrate Thanksgiving together at CHS and would love your help to make this special event a success! There are several ways to serve—decorating, setting up, serving food, bringing desserts, and helping with clean up.
This is such a meaningful time for families to sit and fellowship with their child and others as students enjoy their Thanksgiving meal. 🧡 You’re welcome to serve during other grade levels as well, so you can fully enjoy this special time with your own child while also blessing others!
Elementary Feast (K–5th):
🗓 Wednesday, November 18th
• Set Up & Decorating: 9:00 AM
• Kindergarten–1st Grade: 10:50–11:20 AM
• 2nd–3rd Grade: 11:35–12:05 PM
• 4th–5th Grade: 12:20–12:50 PM
Middle School Feast:
🗓 Thursday, November 19th
Help will be needed for set up, serving, desserts, and clean up throughout the day.
If you sign up to bring desserts, please bring enough for about a dozen people.
