This year the parade returns to the east side of town on Plano Rd between Belt Line & Apollo Rd.
Local organizations, businesses, even individuals or families who are interested in walking, marching, performing, or creating a float for the parade must follow the steps below:
1. Apply!
$100 for businesses $25 for individuals and not-for-profit organizations such as school groups, churches, non-profits, community organizations, etc.
If your organization must pay by check, please call for instructions: 972-234-8880 ext. 106.
2. In the form, you will agree to the Parade Rules. Please be sure to read through the rules and ensure that all participants understand them. All groups must adhere to these rules and may be removed from the parade line-up if rules are broken.
3. Deliver a donation of new, unwrapped toy(s) to Heights Recreation Center. Multiple toy donations are encouraged for groups. Please no skateboards, bicycles, or scooters. Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 6am-10pm, Friday 6am-9pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, & Sunday 11am-5pm
*4. All entries using vehicles in the parade must provide proof of auto insurance for each vehicle. A copy or photo of your insurance card is acceptable. Expired cards will not be accepted.
All toys and fees collected are donations to benefit the NETWORK of Community Ministries and families in need this holiday season. Donations may be tax deductible.
