Drop In and Draw - Coyote vs ACME Showcase

Celebrate the upcomming film, Coyote vs ACME with us at August's Drop In and Draw on August 15th! 

Join us for our usual Saturday morning cartoons and animation lightboxes in our main art room. We'll be showcasing some of our favorite Wile E. Coyote and Roadrunner cartoons to celebrate the upcomming theatrical release of Coyote vs ACME. Learn to draw Wile E. and Roadrunner or use pre-made models to create a stop motion animation!

PLUS an extra special giveaway will be held to all attendees! You'll have a chance to win a Linda Jones signed print, Wile E. Coyote & Roadrunner anniversary shirt, or Chuck Jones Center for Creativity baseball hat!

Explore our Center for Creativity, stretch your imagination, and enjoy some classic cartoons in our once a month, FREE workshop! We’ll supply the art materials (or you can bring your own), cartoons, and teaching artists to inspire! Join us whether you're an experienced artist or looking to dip your toes into a new medium. 

What to expect:

• A FREE event where you can draw and/or watch some classic Looney Tunes 
• Two rooms setup for drawing, one with animation lightboxes and cartoons playing.
• Doors open at 9:30 am and close at 1pm (stay for as long, or little as you'd like!)
• A chance to meet some of our teachers and staff
• You can bring your own art supplies or use what the Center provides
• Free and ample parking

It's fun for (almost) all ages. We ask that all particpants be 5 years or older and any guests under 13 attend with an adult.
