Designed to help pastors and ministry leaders reflect on their strengths, identify key areas for development, and take intentional steps forward, this assessment offers clarity and encouragement for becoming the leader God is calling you to be.
Who should attend? Men and women leaders seeking an honest assessment of their leadership gifts and potential next steps to develop the gifts God has given them.
Is there an age limit? This event is for leaders aged 18 and older. We hope to offer a similar event to those under 18 in the near future.
Where is the assessment taking place? The leadership assessment will occur at the General Baptist Ministries office in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
What are the dates of the assessment? The assessment will begin on the evening of Monday, April 20th, and end around lunch on Wednesday, April 22nd.
Where should I stay? Many hotels are in the area, including the Hampton Inn, Drury Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn, and Fairfield Inn & Suites.
What potential next steps will I get from this? You will discover your personal leadership profile, upcoming training opportunities, and recommended resources for your specific area of ministry.
What is the cost? The cost for the three-day assessment is $75. This includes all of your training materials plus some meals and snacks. It does not include your hotel room. If you decide to attend, we encourage you to ask your church to sponsor you.
