A cacao ceremony is a gentle, heart-centered ritual that invites you to slow down and connect. The ceremony helps quiet the mind, awaken the heart, and deepen your sense of presence. Through this sacred ceremony, we’ll gather in community and plant seeds of positive intention. We’ll share cacao, reflect, release what no longer belongs, and expand into a deeper state of love and connection.
Feel free to bring a special cup for your cacao and don’t forget your journal.
