About This Event

Enjoy scenic vistas of Summit County amidst vibrant fall colors along the four-mile Acorn Creek Trail, offering great views of the Gore Range. Relatively easy hiking; lunch and beverages are included.

All proceeds will help support Friendship Bridge's Health for Life program: preventive health services provided at no cost to women entrepreneur clients in Guatemala, who are striving to build a more stable future for their families.

This is a pay-what-you-can event; please select the ticket price that works best for your budget. Both ticket prices includes identical admission and access. Fair Market Value of each ticket is $15 and any amount above this is tax deductible.

Please RSVP by September 18. Notify us if you require a vegetarian, dairy-free, or gluten-free lunch option upon registration.

To reach Acorn Creek Trail: From I-70, take exit 205 for Silverthorne/Dillon Colorado. Travel north along Highway 9 for about 10.63 miles to FR 2400 and turn right. Continue along FR 2400 for 0.42 miles to a fork in the road. Turn right onto FR 2402 and travel 0.62 miles to the trailhead.

If coming from the Front Range and wish to carpool: Meet at the Evergreen Walmart at 8 a.m.: 952 Swede Gulch Road, Evergreen, CO 80439.
