About This Event
Join Metropolitan Equestrian for a beautiful fall afternoon of art, horses, and nature in the heart of our nation’s capital. Settle into the Equitation Field surrounded by fall foliage, with MET horses turned out in the field as your inspiration.
Each participant will receive an 11" × 14" canvas. To give everyone the freedom to create in their own style, participants bring their own art supplies—paint, pencils, charcoal, pastels, markers, brushes, or whatever medium inspires you. You are also welcome to bring your own canvas, sketchbook, or other art surface.
Bring a lawn or director’s chair, your art supplies, and your creativity. No artistic experience is necessary.
Fundraising Levels
- Artist Admission — $50:Admission for one + canvas.
- Paint in the Park Patron — $100: Admission for one + canvas + Patron recognition.
- Community Sponsor — $250: Admission for two + canvases + Community Sponsor recognition.
MET provides the canvas, horses, and beautiful fall setting. You bring the tools to create your vision and your ticket which is provided at the time of purchase to the email address provided.
