Holy Practice, Holy Wheels: Spiritual Accompaniment on the Streets

For six years, Capuchin Mobile Ministries has traveled the streets of Boston and Cambridge, offering spiritual accompaniment to people who too often walk alone. On October 1, we invite you to gather at the heart of this ministry—across the street from St. Francis Friary in Jamaica Plain—to celebrate this milestone and honor the many wheels that keep this ministry moving, including you, your friends, and our partner communities who make this holy work possible.

During the evening, we will be honored to welcome Dr. Claire Wolfteich of Boston University, who will reflect on the spirituality of accompaniment and the transformative power of presence. We will also present our Volunteer of the Year Award to a longtime volunteer whose dedication has helped shape this ministry.

Your ticket includes dinner, drinks, and an evening of celebration, storytelling, and gratitude as we look back on six years of ministry and look ahead to the journey still to come.
