The Well: A Day of Empowerment

Registration ends Wednesday, 03/18/2026 11:59pm EST

About This Event

The Well is an immersive half-day experience honoring women leaders through rest, reflection, and renewal. Hosted during Women’s History Month in Jersey City, this gathering invites accomplished women to step away from the demands of leadership and into a sanctuary designed to restore clarity, creativity, and sustainable energy.

Grounded in holistic wellness, The Well reframes rest as essential infrastructure for effective leadership. This retreat-in-brief offers a deliberate recalibration—creating space to release constant performance, reconnect with purpose, and return to leadership renewed.

Participants will be guided to:

  • Remember who they are
  • Recover from leadership strain
  • Regenerate vision and vitality
  • Reemerge refreshed and grounded

All ready to embody the principle: Be Well. Lead Well.
