At Pathlight HOME, our vision is bold yet simple: to ensure that every man and woman experiencing homelessness can find stability, opportunity, and dignitiy. 

Once housed, our clients work with case managers to access employment services, mental health counseling, and other wraparound support tailored to their needs. 

That's why we've launched our Beyond Shelter campaign to help fund programs that not only help people get housed but also stay housed.
