6:45 - 8:30 Dessert, award ceremony, & program

Join us for an inspiring evening learning about CASA's work in the community and how you, too, can be a Human of CASA.

This event includes cocktail hour, self-serve strolling dinner, and desserts - a lovely evening complete with award ceremony and program presentation. Proceeds from Heart of CASA will directly fund our efforts to recruit, screen, train, and supervise volunteers who will advocate for abused and neglected children in our community. Feel free to invite a friend (or two) to come along!

We invite you to make a tax deductible donation below during registration or at the event.

About Heidi Hendricks, 2025 Heart of CASA Award Recipient:

For 13 years, Heidi Hendricks has been a tireless advocate for CASA of Kent County and the children we serve. As a dedicated board member, she has helped guide the organization through seasons of growth, change, and even a global pandemic. Heidi has a gift for bringing people together, introducing friends, family, and community members to CASA’s mission and inspiring them to get involved. Her leadership has strengthened our work, her passion has touched countless lives, and her commitment has never wavered. We are deeply grateful for Heidi’s impact and are excited to honor her on October 16.
