The Breaking Barriers Program through Collaborative Wellness, Inc. is raising funds to provide services FREE OF CHARGE to pariticipants seeking Mental Health and/or Substance Use services. In a community with lengthy waiting times, financial insecurity, lack of insurance/funding, and homelessness, our goal is to meet people where they are, reduce barriers, and provide quality access to services on a regular basis.
We appreciate your role in helping us help others!
Shotgun Start at 10:00am - Check In starts at 8:00am featuring Dauntless Soul coffee, raffle basket viewing, driving range, and swag!
NEW THIS YEAR - Hole in One Jeep shot with Summit Automotive!
Your registration of $150/player includes green fees, lunch, post-golf buffet, and donation.
