**Please note -- registration fees are not tax deductible.

Registration is $30.00 per attendee - scholarships may be available for those with a demonstrated hardship and an inability to pay. ***Note: If you are planning on using a MSHDA loan product, all borrowers must complete a workshop from a certified MSHDA Homeownership Education Program agency and receive a certificate of completion prior to closing.

All sales are final. There are no refunds given for any reason.

CHN reserves the right to cancel and reschedule the webinar due to low enrollment 24 hours prior to the course date. This course fulfills certain requirements of the MSHDA loan program. Households do not need to be MSHDA loan applicants to attend the course. Completion of this course will provide a HUD-approved Homebuyer Education certificate valid for one year from the date of issue. Please note: In order to receive full credit and the certificate, attendees must complete the full 4-hour webinar with their camera turned on.
