About This Event

Join us for an education workshop on property taxes and exemptions, which may be applied to reducing your tax burden. This class will review the what and how of property taxes, provide information on available tax credits and exemptions, and give you an opportunity to connect with our Housing Counseling team about your property tax questions and schedule one-on-one counseling time for assistance with your property tax exemption applications. Registration is FREE!

Community Housing Network reserves the right to cancel and reschedule the workshop due to low enrollment 24 hours prior to the class date. Please note: If you have questions beyond the scope of this workshop, you can contact the Community Housing Network Housing Counseling Team at housingcounseling@chninc.net or call 248-269-1333. Any legal or additional tax questions should be directed to a qualified tax professional, certified public accountant, or attorney.

An email is generally sent out with a class reminder and all required paperwork 3 days prior to the class.
