Please sign up to come to our Book Hub at the Brooklyn Navy Yard to take as many books as you can carry.
What: Select well-loved and overstock books for kids and adults from the Book Hub
Where: Brooklyn Book Bodega Book Hub - 141 Flushing Ave, Suite 606
Why: To increase literacy, encourage reuse, and increase book ownership. Having easy access to books that you or your community wants to read will help develop lifelong readers. Reading is transformational—with an impact on educational advancement, financial attainment, and mental health.
After: Please click "Get Tickets" to sign up for a 45 minute appointment to pick out books at our Book Hub at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Building 77, 141 Flushing Avenue.
During your 45 minutes, you will be able to select as many books as you can carry (approximately 100 books) from the varied selection of (used, like new, well-loved, child, YA, and adult) books that we have for this giveaway. Please bring your own bag or luggage to take them with you. (If you will have someone join you to help, please select a ticket for them as well during the registration process.)
Once you have received your books, please complete our impact survey (it will be sent to you shortly after the event).
